NOTICE – COUNCIL REGISTRATION

Dear Students of Class 11-B,

You are required to submit your Candidate’s Performa Form for Council Registration by tomorrow, 26th September 2026.

Please ensure that the following instructions are followed:

1. Fill in all the details in CAPITAL LETTERS.

2. Attach a photocopy of your original Class 10th Marksheet with the form.

3. Staple two recent passport-size photographs on the form.

4. Ensure that all the information provided is correct and complete before submission.

Last date for submission: 26th September 2026. Please treat this as IMPORTANT and URGENT.
